Envy 13 WINDOWS 11 WON'T BOOT HANGS LOADING RECOVERY ENVIRONMENT

MOoD90s

Question

My laptop 13-ba1040ca hangs on "preparing automatic repair". If I tap f11 on startup, I get "please wait" which hangs, and eventually goes to a restart prompt with an error referring to a driver, at the bottom of the screen. Stop code: DRIVER_PNP-WATCHDOG 0x1D5. Windows RE won't load. Does anyone have a suggestion for repairing from a bootable Win 11 flash? Thanks.
