To enable the new Start Menu and Battery Icon, use the registry patches at the bottom of this post.
To disable the new Start Menu and Battery Icon... just delete the "14" key (folder), located here... HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Control\FeatureManagement\Overrides\14
