Formerly when I connected my smart phone to PC, in “This PC” Window both the phone memory & memory card were displayed in addition to PC's drives. However, a few days ago I used Advanced System Optimizer to optimize the PC and now I find these two phone drives are lost when I connect the phone to the PC again. Unfortunately I did not back up before running the ASO.
When the phone memory & memory card are shown in "This PC" Window, it is very convenient to copy & paste files between the PC and the phone.
Woud you have any suggestion for making phone memory & memory card appear again?
