I'm trying to run a Shortcut program with some command line options, running Windows 11 Professional.
The program and options work ok when used in the Windows Scheduler but not when i double click the shortcut. It will still open the program but not act on the options.
As you can see there is a different way of running the program either from a shortcut or the scheduler,
Anyone have any ideas on this it would be great. and let me know if you need more information on this.
The shortcut only has a target option for the program, i have in this the program to run.
"C:\Users\User\Desktop\Project\hohns88.ctd" /Operate /cgate /nosplash
and start in set to
"C:\Users\User\Desktop\Project"
And in Windows Scheduler i have
start a program
"C:\Clipsal\SchedulePlus\schedule Plus.exe"
with additional arguments of
