Windows Update fails with 0x800F0922

Trying to update 2025-10 cumulative update 23H2 (KB5066793) and 2025 cumulative update .net framework 3.5 & 4.8.1 (KB5066133). On the .net update I'm getting 0x800F0922 at 96% then "Something didn't go as planned...). It reboots and goes back to the previous version of .net and 23H2 update.

Any suggestions are appreciated.
