Missing icons and can't uninstall apps - Help!

I have missing icons on apps and when I try to uninstall the apps they don't uninstall. I'm also missing the microsoft store icon - pics below. I tried to repair with scannow and with an ISO of windows but were unsuccessful. How can I fix these issues?
