Cannot activate Windows 10 in VirtualBox

Question: Is there a phone number I can call to activate Windows 10?
I have tried 2 Product Keys. One that worked before in a VirtualBox install and another from a Windows 10 Pro dvd.
I do not have this option.
To activate Windows 10 by phone:
Select Start > Settings > Update & Security > Activation.
Under Activate Windows Now section, select Activate by Phone.

I downloaded the Windows 10 ISO from Microsoft using the Media Creation Tool.
I opened VirtualBox ver 7.2 and installed Windows. During the setup of the virtual install I added the Product Key and then Windows installed to the desktop without prompts.
I tried 2 Product keys and get this with the one that worked before:
The product key you entered didn’t work. Check the product key and try again, or enter a different one. (0xc004f050)

The 2nd is from a Windows 10 Pro dvd with Build Date 12/06/2021 and I get this:

Activation
Windows
Edition Windows 10 Pro
Activation Windows is not activated
Product ID 00330-52808-72601 - AAOEM
Product Key XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-B7V22
