File explorer is corrupted - How do I fix it?

My file explorer is corrupted. Last month I installed ExplorerPatcher which I think messed it up. I tried using SCANNOW and the DIM commands to try to fix it but they didn't fix it. Theres too much space between items, with the space highlighted in red. File Explorer looks like this... How do I fix it:
