VM Connectivity Issue after Migration

Question

VM Connectivity Issue after Migration

I have a Windows XP Hyper-V virtual machine running a legacy business application. The WIN 10 Host machine is having issues with the HDD, so I have a new WIN 11 Host Machine that I set up as a replacement. I copied over the VM Drive and set up the configuration to match the old machine.

The VM loads and is accessible when Connecting from the VM manager. Additionally, the VM machine is being assigned an IP Address via DHCP, and it shows up in Ipconfig on the VM. I can ping the IP address from my host machine and other machines on the network. However, the following is not working on the new host machine, but did work on the old host machine.
  1. I am not able to RDP into the new VM.
  2. I am not able to connect to the internet from the new VM.
  3. The IP address is showing as blank under the Network tab on Hyper-V Manager.
I need to resolve the 3 issues listed above. Please let me know any additional information you need to help me troubleshoot this.

Old Host Version: WIN 10 version 22H2 (OS Build 19045.6332)
New Host Version: WIN 11 version 25H2 (OS Build 26200.7171)
VM Version: Win XP version 5.1 SP3
