I'm running on Windows 11 25H2 and just noticed that all the image files' icons have disappeared in Explorer. I don't mean thumbnails but the icons itself as seen here:
I haven't had any major updates installed recently and I'm not running any software to alter any icons in any way. How would I reset / fix this?
