My laptop has been getting freezes several times a day for the last mouth.
I can't interract with anything, whole screen black, only cursor is displayed. When turning on/off, I usually get "HYPERVISOR 20001" error. And, sometime, a recovery that fails because it "can't find network". But if i use "skip and start win11", it starts normally.
I can't find a pattern, it seems random. It's often a few minutes after booting the PC. But sometime it will happen after a full day using it. Sometime it happens when in sleep mode (can't wake it up). Sometime when watching a video, sometimes when no software has been launched right after launch. Never happened when playing games for now somehow though.
I had this laptop for two years (warranty expiring today, tried to contact ASUS but they didn't help much) with no problems like this.
