I always use Rufus to install Windows and incidentally I just successfully tested it on one of my machines to add Windows 11 24H2 (shrink volume, etc.).
I am now confused about some certificate that will expire in 2026 that must be updated to Windows UEFI CA 2023 certificate to combat Black Lotus. I know for sure that for my laptop, DELL have released a BIOS update but I'm not sure if this is enough?
Can I just update BIOS, create the Rufus bootable disk and proceed with installation as I always do?
Or I also need to perform this step?
