Originally one of my systems was installed from an en-GB Windows 11 ISO, but I'm wanting to perform an upgrade (from 24H2 to 25H2) using the latest en-US language ISO.
I recall having a similar issue with a Windows 10 system, which I was able to remedy with a registry-tweak? (or possible some PowerShell commands!- However I'm unable to find the correct settings to change.
I've tried setting Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Nls\Language "Default" and "InstallLanguage" to 0409, but after a reboot, it changes back to 0809 (en-GB).
