How to Format 5TB drive to fat 32

I have a new 5TB external hard drive. Is there any way I can convert it to Fat32? Quick format allowed me to convert from NTFS to Ex Fat. I then normally use a little program by Ridgecrop consultants to convert from Ex Fat to Fat 32. But it said the drive is too large for that. Tried doing it in diskpart and that didn't work either.
