Abom1331 0 Posted November 12 Share Posted November 12 I am setting up my new computer and I installed Macrium Reflect v8.1.8110 on it because I could not find the latest build 8631. On my old device I removed the Macrium licence and uninstalled MR. I then used this licence for v8.1.8110 on my new device. MR finds the update to build 8631 and I click on 'Download'. It seems to download and then MR closes but nothing else happens. The download fails to execute. I relaunch MR and see it is still build 8110. I disabled my Bitdefender security and tried again but no different. Q1 - Does anyone how to get MR to update successfully? Q2 - Is it possible to get MR v8.1.8631 as a direct download rather than an update package? I could then uninsall build 8110 and instal build 8631.
