I put the PC into standby and I hear the fans stop and the monitor goes into standby too. Later though, I notice the screen is on and the PC is up and running again. I tried the lines below in a CMD window, but no 'culprit' is forethcoming. So what else might the problem be? I can't see anything in thne Event Viewer, but maybe I am not looking for the right entry?
Has happened a few times this week (all of a sudden). Thanks for any ideas for further troubleshooting steps!
