Can't connect 1 tv. Can't print on HP 4200e printer anymore.

I recently added LibreOffice because OpenOffice had problems with opening Calc files (grey screen). The tv problem preceded Calc issue. LibreOffice can't find my networked printer. I tried changing network, Bluetooth settings and powering off tv, xfinity box, and laptop. None of this helped. This tv sees my network but the network does not see it.The tv in another room has continued to work.
