Intel Gen 7 Platform Running Win 11 25H2 - No Muss, No Fuss, and No Rufus

Question

I wanted to see if I could do it and I did it. This was done on the ASUS X299 SAGE Work Station build, one of the first of the ASUS line of x299 work stations if not thee very first. My only cheat was that it was done as an upgrade from 24H2. Getting some of the stand alone installers to work for 24H2 was challenging but 25H2 was easy. Not only did I manage to get it to work on this archaic hardware (sporting a meager 128GB of DDR4 RAM and 16 cores with 44 lanes of processing power . . . I know, I know... so lame. Ready for recycling) BUT I managed it with a LOCAL ACCOUNT. View attachment 152401

In the knowledge that I'm using such primitive hardware I thought I'd tweak it just a little and give it roughly a 60% stable overclock simply because I can.

The system runs very fast and snappy. No hesitation, no hanging, no lag. I want to do that ATCS 840 CoolerMaster case justice, knowing that significant, time, energy, and expense was made to get it shipped overseas to yours truly. I mean to stand by that pledge even if it takes me all year to get it in the case. This is going to be a solid build, regardless of how "vintage" it may be, and yes, I have every intention of running Linux on it also.
