I copied that folders from Windows 7 installation that located in C:\Windows\Media\ to my Windows 11 installation's same location.
You can see that folders in Windows 11's C:\Windows\Media\ folder already, but they are empty.
I also made a new folder named Windows7 and copied all files from the root of Windows 7's C:\Windows\Media\ folder to it.
To create this .BAT file, I first copied the NTUSER.DAT file to my computer, which was previously located in Windows 7, which I installed as a VHD.
I loaded it to my registry then I exported the "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\AppEvents\Schemes" key.
I converted it to a .BAT file using sordum.org's Reg Converter tool, then edited it with Notepad.
I compared the Windows 7's "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\AppEvents\EventLabels" key with Windows 11.
I noticed that some events included in Windows 7 were not included in Windows 11.
Therefore, I did not add those events from Windows 7.
Fax error - ding.wav
FaxLineRings - Windows Ringin.wav
FaxSent - tada.wav
SearchProviderDiscovered - NotDefined
If a sound has not been defined for the event of the new scheme and Windows 11 Default scheme both, I have not defined a new sound either.
I keep defined events in new Windows 7 schemes even if they are not defined in Windows 11's default scheme.
Some events in the new Windows 7 sound schemes are assigned to the Windows 7 default scheme.
EmptyRecycleBin - C:\Windows\Media\Windows7\Windows Recycle.wav
DisNumbersSound - C:\Windows\Media\Windows7\Speech Disambiguation.wav
HubOffSound - C:\Windows\Media\Windows7\Speech Off.wav
HubOnSound - C:\Windows\Media\Windows7\Speech On.wav
HubSleepSound - C:\Windows\Media\Windows7\Speech Sleep.wav
MisrecoSound - C:\Windows\Media\Windows7\Speech Misrecognition.wav
PanelSound - C:\Windows\Media\Windows7\Speech Disambiguation.wav
So do not erase Windows7 folder even if you erase the Windows 7 scheme from Sound Schemes.
For the new events in Windows 11, I followed two different methods.
1. I defined sounds from the Windows 11 Default Scheme.
MessageNudge - C:\Windows\Media\Windows Message Nudge.wav
Notification.Looping.Alarm(s) - C:\Windows\Media\Alarm??.wav
Notification.Looping.Call(s) - C:\Windows\Media\Ring??.wav
Notification.Proximity - C:\Windows\Media\Windows Proximity Notification.wav
ProximityConnection - C:\Windows\Media\Windows Proximity Connection.wav
WindowsUnlock - C:\Windows\Media\Windows Unlock.wav
2. I used one of the sounds included in the new Windows 7 Schemes.
Notification.Default - C:\Windows\Media\Windows Notify System Generic.wav > C:\Windows\Media\<shemename>\Windows Notify.wav
Notification.IM - C:\Windows\Media\Windows Notify Messaging.wav > C:\Windows\Media\<shemename>\Windows Notify.wav
Notification.Mail - C:\Windows\Media\Windows Notify Email.wav > C:\Windows\Media\<shemename>\Windows Notify.wav
Notification.Reminder - C:\Windows\Media\Windows Notify Calendar.wav > C:\Windows\Media\<shemename>\Windows Notify.wav
Notification.SMS - C:\Windows\Media\Windows Notify Messaging.wav > C:\Windows\Media\<shemename>\Windows Notify.wav
You will see titles for each events like this;
Event - Event's Name [Defined Sound for Windows 11's Default scheme]
If you see (ExcludeFromCPL) in the title, it means the event is hidden from the settings.
This has nothing to do with my script; I just added it to the titles to clarify the situation.
You can modify them for each event in "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\AppEvents\EventLabels" key if you want.
This .BAT script will add some keys, values and data to the registry.
It will not change Windows 11 Default sound scheme.
It will not change your current sound scheme.
It will only add the specified sound schemes in the list.
USE OF THE SCRIPT IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
All this necessary explanations are also included in the code.
Downloadable Ultimate Extras (Glass, Pearl, Tinker)
Windows Vista Default Scheme
Windows 8 Default Scheme
Also I'll see what to do for Windows XP
There may be copyright issues, so I haven't shared the audio files. But it's easy to find them.
WindowsAesthetics and Windows Sounds Collection 5.0 are your search terms.

COPY THE CODE, PASTE IT TO A BAT FILE, RUN IT
Feedback will be welcomed with pleasure.
