While in the UK on some work assignments a while ago I signed up ro BT sports. I've cancelled the direct debit (it's around £40 / €50 p.m )as the whole kybosh has been replaced by TNT sports / discovery + which I already have a valid subscription included in another TV servixe I have subscribed to.
I cancelled the direct debit -- but I've been getting all sorts of nasty rubbish from B.T threatening all sorts of sanctions --probably being beheaded in public is one of them -- and threats to credit agencies etc.
Any complaint to B.T is handled by some off-shored Indian call centre with people having totally (at least for me) incomprehensible accents.
Any help from UK B.T users here as to how I can tell B.T to proverbally F.O.
I've already complained to the UK financial regulator and Companies House but any review there is likely to be around the year2999. No wonder BT should be called Bull---t Telecom. It's when people report to credit agencies that is the problem. Those agencies also have far too much power --but that's another issue !!!!.
