fr-FR is for French (France)
de-DE is for German (Germany)
I also keep my language,
tr-TR is for Turkish (Turkey)
Sure you will also want to keep your own language folders too. So read it carefully.
WARNING
FIRST OF ALL IT IS YOUR OWN RISK TO USE THAT SCRIPT
I KEEP ONLY "EN-US" AND "TR-TR" FOLDERS
IF YOU USE IT WITHOUT EDITING YOU CAN LOOSE YOUR LANGUAGE FILES AND YOUR OS WILL BE BROKEN
I HAVEN'T ENCOUNTERED ANY PROBLEMS YET, BUT YOUR EXPERIENCE MAY BE DIFFERENT
Tried in that system: Windows 11 Home Single Language 25H2 OS build 26200.6584
You will need NSudo
Because that files are protected files, you cannot simply erase them without permission and ownership.
(I am using NSudo 6.1.1811.18 64bit version)

Old version that i use - https://github.com/M2TeamArchived/NSudo/releases/download/6.1/NSudo_6.1.1811.18_All_Binary.zip
Latest version - https://github.com/M2TeamArchived/NSudo/releases/download/8.2/NSudo_8.2_All_Components.zip
If you use old version rename that file "NSudo 6.1.1811.18\x64\NSudoC.exe" to NSUDO64.exe
If you use latest version, rename that file "NSudo Launcher\x64\NSudoLC.exe" to NSUDO64.exe - I didnt try with that
Copy the CODE below and paste it to a BAT file.
Replace NSUDO64.exe to next to your BAT file.
Run the BAT file
That's it.
