Trying to add the USB selective suspend settings option to the Power Option window

I have a new HP laptop (v 25H2, OS Build 26200.6899) and I need to make sure that the USB suspend option is always off. I need the USBs running all of the time. However, when I go to the Advanced Settings tab under Power Options, the USB Settings option is not listed. How do I add this in and/or disable this function?
