I just got my mom and the household an HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop 690-00x. It has an AMD Ryzen 5 CPU with Radeon Vega Graphics. The monitor is an HP 25x with NVIDIA G-SYNC. But is it me or is AMD CPU's not as good as Intel CPU's? Sometimes, when I log into Windows it has choppy performance, kind of slow, and buggy. Her old Intel CPU was slower but didn't have hangups like the AMD CPU does. Although, the Intel CPU was a Celeron.
Also... This computer was not compatible with the Windows 11 upgrade because of its CPU. But it's too good of a computer to just dispose of. So, does anyone know of any driver programs that are "reputable" to find drivers for this machine? It's doing okay at the moment.
